Restaurant Quality Souvlaki

2 to 4 pounds of pork tenderloin or boneless chicken breast
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of wine

Just in time for Toronto's Taste of the Danforth. Cut the meat into one inch cubes and place in a plastic bowl. Combine the ingredients together with the meat and mix well making sure that all of the meat is equally coated. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
