This high concept sushi bar in the Entertainment district features in house Internet and projections of Japanese anime screened on the walls. An unusual appetizer is the tamari tuna with maple syrup. Recommended entrees include the beef tenderloin in ponzu sauce and the surf and turf with Tokyo style beef. The wine list emphasizes Australian, American and Canadian brands. Dessert includes chocolate cheesecake, green tea tiramisu and banana tempura.
The service is informal and enthusiastic. Dinner including tip is $55 per person.
