The lighthearted bakery and café is a favorite place for brunch in the Berkley Street artist-run area. A popular breakfast is croque madame ($7 which features ham, gruyere and a fried egg on top of toasted brioche. Healthier options are the homemade granola and yogurt with fruit. For lighter appetites, house-made granola and plain yogurt give new life to fruit salad ($6.50). Baked French toast ($7) is a sinfully sweet cinnamon laced delight. Fresh juices are also a specialty.
The service can be slow at times. The restaurant also only takes cash. Brunch is about $24 per person.
