This place is both a restaurant and a cooking school. Videos of the cooking class are shown on overhead monitor as you enjoy your meal. The menu changes frequently and usually offers salads and filing sandwich rolls. Unusual tropical teas as well as a substantial wine list that leans towards Californian and Canadian brands are offered.
The service is attentive and professional. Dinner is $30 per person including tip.
