Wok Restaurant
This 1950s retro styled restaurant is located in the Markham area just north of Toronto. Dinner in the form of fresh fish swims in the large fish tanks set into the walls and windows. One of the house specialties is the large red shrimp with soy sauce. There are six soups on the menu and scores of intriguing entrees including beef tenderloin in peppers sauce and crispy duck with lemon sauce. There is no wine list, just Tsingtao beer.
The service is attentive and efficient. Dinner per person averages out to be $35 per person including tip.
