Taking a trip through Marche is like taking a trip to Europe to sample all of the most unusual cuisines. Set up like a mini-mall, there is a vast area filled with a number of serving stations each with their own specialty - soups, egg dishes, pizza, crepes, steaks, pasta, mussels and desserts. Highly recommended is the steak with frites braised with herbed butter as well as the chocolate mousse with whipped cream. House wines can be ordered from the waiter.
You serve yourself but you will still have to tip the waiter who brings you coffee and wine. Dinner is usually about $28 with tip.
