This United States chain restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Seafood is the focus of this menu and includes such classics as jumbo crab cakes and colossal shrimp cocktail. Entrees include a Cajun rib eye steak and an enormous 14-ounce filet mignon. Cheesecake and raspberry soufflé are for dessert. The wine list focuses on expensive varieties of Bordeaux.
The service is prompt and professional. Dinner costs about $125 per person including the tip.
