This chic but shabby restaurant is situated near Trinity Bellwoods Park, which is adjacent to both Queen Street and Little Italy. House specialties include mussels in lemon grass and tomato sauce and chicken salad bathed in a spicy honey lemon vinaigrette. Favorite pasta is fusilli in rapini and tomato sauce. Banana cake with caramel icing and a chocolate pear tarte are for desert. The wine list is short but the bar menu offers a generous selection of local microbrews.
The service is prompt and friendly. Dinner is about $35 per person including the tip.
