This famous sushi restaurant boasts long neon purple and green wave in the front window that is a Toronto landmark. serves Tokyo style sushi. The chef's inventive creations are made from butterfish, deep fried soft shell crab and tofu. People rave about the chawan-mushi that is a soup made from egg custard, shrimp, chicken and fake crab. This is also one of the few places in town where you can get a Tamago which is a cold flat ommellete. Sake is offered as an alcoholic accompaniment to the chef's many delights.
The service is friendly and efficient. Dinner costs $60 per person on average.
