This stylish restaurant is located on what was once the site of Toronto's first women's prison. It has now been transformed into a glass and bamboo paradise complimented by 15-foot waterfalls. The menu features a combination of creative seafood and meat dishes, served on unique platforms composed of slate slabs, river rocks, and Japanese pottery. Selections from California, Italy and Australia are on the extensive wine list.
The service is warm and very attentive. Average cost per person including tip is roughly $100.
