Home - Rosedale Diner
This Forest Hill mainstay recently experienced a redo from the television show Restaurant Makeover. The new look dispenses with kitsch and now has a bit of an orange and clay Mediterranean influence. The Mediterranean and Middle Eastern items that were the favorite of locals were left intact. Highly recommended is smoky vegetarian moussaka ($16 and the duck confit ($24) with Yukon gold potato and shallots. It's signature Madagascar vanilla crème brulee ($7.95) is considered to be one of the best brulees in the city.
Service is professional but can be slow. Dinner is about $75 per person including tip.
