This Hong Kong palace at the edge of Scarborough is focused on elegant fish dishes including shark's fin, lobster and shrimp. Don't be mystified by the item called the Patagonian toothfish - it is really what we call sea bass. The fish dishes are steamed and seasoned with green onion, ginger and soy. The tender and juicy Peking Duck is also recommended.
The service is fast and extremely gracious. Dinner per person averages out to be about $65 per person including the tip.
