This restaurant, located in posh Yorkville, is the brainchild of Chef De Cuisine Greg Couillard. The menu features artistic fusion dishes, including Couillard's three mouthwatering signature dishes Steak Miss Saigon, Trio of Australian Lamb, and Purple Rice-Crusted Salmon. The incredible menu is matched by an excellent wine list, which also features scores of exotic vintages that can be tasted by the glass. There are no vegetarian offerings.
