Home - Senator Diner
Established in 1929, the Senator Diner is easily one of the oldest restaurants in Toronto. Architecturally it can be noted for its long oak bar with stools and cozy booths with linoleum tables. Cozy and comfortable, this downtown landmark is popular for its home cooked meals and fresh squeezed juices. Many celebrities have been spotted downing the kitchen's homemade pancakes, breakfast specials and club sandwiches.
On the third floor of this landmark, which is located across the street from the back entrance of the Pantages Theater you will find the Torch bar which features famous jazz and blues performers. Service is friendly and attentive. Average price per person for a meal including tip is roughly $20.
