This unique Pan American restaurant serves a variety of oriental cuisines from China, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. True to its namesake it serves over fifteen types of spring rolls ($3.50) as well as Pho Soup, rice platters, vermicelli dishes and grilled dishes.
The service is genteel and polite and a filling meal can be had for under $20 plus tip.
