A visit to this restaurant in the Entertainment district is like taking a visit to the Maritimes. The tabletops are varnished and there is an oyster shucker in full view for your entertainment. The list of oysters served is impressive and includes Malpeques, , New Brunswick Caraquets, Glidden Points from Maine, B.C. Effingham Bays and little Kumamotos. The signature dishes such as grilled B.C., sturgeon and Atlantic halibut are stellar. Lemon tart is the house desert. You are allowed to bring your own wine but there is an extensive wine list for mixing and matching with oyster selections.
Service is prompt and professional. Dinner per person averages $80 per person including tip.
