This packed sushi bistro near the Bloor Street Cinema and the University of Toronto is always loud and busy. There are more than thirty starters on the menu including grilled beef and onion sushi and a salmon based ginger wasabi roll. Highly recommended is the Sashimi Gold combo which includes soup salad and eight kinds of fish. Mango, red bean or green tea ice cream is offered for desert.
The service is swift and no-nonsense in flair. Dinner per person averages $30 including tip.
