This gracious neoclassical room in the Four Seasons Hotel boasts topiary statues, Greek columns and discreet private tables. The exotic cuisine includes caramelized skate wing, torchon of wild boar and scallop with caviar. You can sample most of the rare treats on the menu in a five course tasting menu that is only $85 without wine and $135 with wine. The wine list features both French and North American choices.
The service is gracious and professional. Chocolate truffles are presented with the bill which usually averages about $125 per person including tip.
